Richard L. Nagle, President

Richard has been involved with Mass Appraisal and Real Estate sales and development since the late 1980’s. He purchased the revaluation division of Appraisal Resource Company in 2009 and renamed the firm. Rich holds certifications in the state of CT for Land/Residential, Commercial, and Supervisor. He acts as a Project Supervisor and Commercial appraiser for revaluation projects, and oversees the Northeast staff.

Daniel Ducharme, Ph.D., Vice President - Revaluation, Contract Assessor

Dr. Dan is a 14-year industry veteran who has worked on every facet of the revaluation world. His expertise is extensive, including data entry, analysis, real estate, motor vehicles, building permits, assistance calculating municipal levy, and programming reports. Unique in his knowledge of CAMA software code & programming, Dan assists clients with many technical issues. He leads the software support services provided by the firm. Dan has numerous computer certifications as well as his Doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island. He is also the contract assessor in Central Falls.

Dan Lane, Project Manager

Dan began his mass appraisal career in 1997 at the Marion County, Fl Property Appraisers Office, and worked there for 13 years before moving to Massachusetts in 2010. While at Marion County, Dan progressed through the different phases of appraisal work to become the Supervisor and Review Appraiser for 265,000 parcels. In addition to project management, Dan leads the company efforts with Massachusetts’s clients in the certification process with the Department of Revenue.

John Hocking, Project Manager

John began his revaluation career in 1976 and has experience in many states and municipal jurisdictions. During a revaluation project in 2003, he led the residential portion of the Nassau County, NY project, covering approximately 340,000 parcels. John leads projects in both RI and CT for the firm. His experience also includes time as a Rhode Island assessor in the Cities of Central Falls & Newport.

Michael Minardi, Project Manager

Michael started his career in the real estate industry after graduating from the University of Miami. He began working in the revaluation field in 1983 and moved on to be a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. In 2000 he became Deputy Tax Assessor for the City of East Providence, and in 2006 he accepted the position as Tax Assessor in the Town of Barrington. He has served two terms as the President of the Rhode Island Association of Assessing Officers. Michael handles both Residential and Commercial valuation and analysis.
